Website Diagnosis & Repair
Slow, broken, hacked, invisible on Google, or nobody knows the password. We audit the site, the hosting and the accounts, write down what we found and what it costs to fix, and credit the fee toward the repair.
What is it?
A diagnosis is a fixed-fee audit of an existing website: performance, security, broken functionality, SEO basics, hosting, backups and, critically, who owns and controls the domain, hosting and admin accounts. You receive written findings in plain language with a prioritised list of fixes and a quote for each. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis fee is credited.
- A fixed fee that depends only on the size of the site.
- Written findings you can act on, with us or with anyone else.
- Ownership check: domain, hosting, admin and analytics accounts, in whose name and who can log in.
- Fee credited toward an approved repair.
Most projects like this disappoint. Here's why ours don't.
- Built to a brief nobody validated — the system ships and the team works around it.
- Black-box code — you cannot maintain it or move it after the developer leaves.
- Scope creep without a plan — the build balloons and never actually ships.
- Launched and abandoned — no monitoring, no backups, no one accountable.
- Paid discovery first — we map how your business actually runs before we build.
- You own everything — source code, data and credentials are yours from day one.
- Weekly demos — you see working software every week, not at the end.
- Care and Growth plans — we stay on to run, monitor and improve it.
A written diagnosis of what's wrong with your site, credited toward the fix.
Performance & uptime
Load times on a real mobile connection, hosting quality, what's slowing it down.
Security & backups
Outdated software, known vulnerabilities, malware signs, whether backups actually exist.
Functionality
Forms, payments, links, mobile layout and anything else that's quietly broken.
Search visibility
Indexing, metadata, structured data, Google Business profile and obvious SEO gaps.
Ownership & access
Domain registrar, hosting, admin and analytics accounts: who controls what, and how to take it back.
Repair plan
A prioritised list with a fixed quote per item, or a recommendation to rebuild if that's cheaper.

A fixed fee, credited toward the repair.
The fee depends only on the size of the site and is confirmed before we start. Findings are delivered within three to five working days. Repairs are quoted per item at fixed prices. Where a rebuild costs less than a repair, we say so.
What clients ask before they start.
This is the most common reason people call. Recovering access to the domain, hosting and admin is a core part of the diagnosis.
