Mobile Applications
When the job has to happen on a phone — a member checking in, a driver confirming a delivery, a customer reordering — we build a cross-platform app connected to your systems and publish it to the App Store and Google Play under your accounts.
What is it?
A mobile application puts a specific job in your users' pockets. We build cross-platform with Flutter or React Native so one codebase ships to both iOS and Android, connect it to a backend we build or one you already have, and publish it under developer accounts in your name. Most apps we scope are companions to a web system rather than standalone products.
- One codebase, both stores, published under your developer accounts.
- Connected to a real backend: your portal, your system, your data.
- Scoped after paid discovery around one clear job the app must do well.
- Offline-tolerant and light on data, because connectivity in Lebanon is not a given.
Most projects like this disappoint. Here's why ours don't.
- Built to a brief nobody validated — the system ships and the team works around it.
- Black-box code — you cannot maintain it or move it after the developer leaves.
- Scope creep without a plan — the build balloons and never actually ships.
- Launched and abandoned — no monitoring, no backups, no one accountable.
- Paid discovery first — we map how your business actually runs before we build.
- You own everything — source code, data and credentials are yours from day one.
- Weekly demos — you see working software every week, not at the end.
- Care and Growth plans — we stay on to run, monitor and improve it.

The DevLab method, applied to this work.
- 01
Discover
We map the workflow this touches, the people who use it and what 'working' means to you.
- 02
Scope
You get a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline before any code is written.
- 03
Build
Short cycles, weekly demos, and a staging version you can put in front of real users.
- 04
Launch
Deployed on infrastructure registered to you, documented, with training for your team.
- 05
Care
A monthly plan keeps it monitored, backed up, updated and improving.
Paid discovery, then a fixed project quote.
Discovery is credited toward the project. Because an app almost always needs a backend and an admin side, quotes cover the whole system, not just the screens. Apple and Google developer fees are paid by you.
What clients ask before they start.
Often a web app does. Discovery answers this honestly. Apps earn their place when you need camera, GPS, notifications or offline use.
